30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Refunds are handled in coordination with Paddle.

If you're not satisfied with your subscription to Research, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal. No questions asked.

  • Enterprise plan subscriptions
  • First-time purchases and renewals

How to Request a Refund

Cancellation Policy

Prorated Refunds

Processing Time

Once we approve your refund request:

  • Bank transfers: 10-14 business days

Free Trial Users

If you signed up for a free trial and were charged after the trial period ended:

  • You are entitled to a full refund if you request it within 14 days of being charged
  • We send reminder emails before your trial ends to help you avoid unexpected charges
  • You can cancel during your trial at any time without being charged
